The Agile Digital Services Handbook merges experience from general agile approaches and that of the Government Digital Service (GDS). It focuses on developing and continuously improving services using agile concepts and techniques.

The handbook will help all organisations, (both government and private sector) to develop a consistent agile approach, a common language and a skilled workforce for the successful design and delivery of digital services.

Using language familiar to GDS, the guidance provides a structured framework which is usable for organizations that want the benefits of agile together with robust governance.  There is a focus on user research and user experience and it will be useful for all roles involved in digital delivery.
