The Agile Business Analysis (AgileBA) Handbook offers useful, practical and comprehensive guidance on the role of the Business Analyst working in an agile way (the agile BA).
It also aims to give context to the Business Analyst role beyond the individual project, in relation to organisational mission and strategy, and to give additional depth and guidance for the Business Analyst role.
The guidance is presented within the framework of DSDM, an approach which defines the role of the project-based Business Analyst, in relation to business, development and testing roles at all levels. However, the guidance is wider than this, with many generic and popular Agile techniques also included, where useful and appropriate to the Business Analyst.
The handbook is the primary reference material for those undertaking AgileBA study, training and certification.
The Agile Business Analyst (AgileBA®) Handbook provides useful, practical and comprehensive guidance on the role of the Business Analyst working in an agile way. It explains the Business Analyst role within the context of the project and also to the wider organisation, in relation to the organisational mission and strategy.
The guidance is set within the DSDN Agile Project Framework and provides a series of practices and ways of working to support the agile approach to producing business solutions. It includes the key techniques used by an Agile BA, with a variety of additional techniques from the broader agile world that are appropriate for the Business Analyst.
